Welcome to Speedon Tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel arrangements.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to airline, hotel, or government regulations.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance payment is mandatory to secure any tour or service.
• Full payment must be completed before departure, failing which the booking may be cancelled.
• Any bank charges, taxes, or transaction fees shall be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
• Flight tickets, visas, and special offers are usually non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and ID proofs.
• Speedon Tours is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to invalid documents.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Any change requested after confirmation may attract additional charges.
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Speedon Tours acts only as a travel arranger and is not liable for acts of third-party suppliers.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss caused by unforeseen events.
• Guests participate in tours and activities at their own risk.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
• Any medical expenses incurred during the tour shall be borne by the traveler.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

8. Behavior & Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the tour.
• Speedon Tours reserves the right to remove any guest causing disturbance without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Speedon Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or any circumstances beyond control.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
